Public records and analysis
The Evidence Dashboard is not open yet.
The dashboard is where the eight trackers become one workspace: a map, a timeline and a table over the same records, so a citywide pattern and a single parcel are two views of one thing rather than two products.

What is holding it
Displayed totals reconcile to filtered records or disclose excluded or missing records. The current 125/131 project-count inconsistency cannot publish.
City360 Evidence Dashboard — Product Requirements Document v3.0 · §9 Functional requirements and launch plan
Two records of how many projects Cambridge has do not agree: one counts 125, the other 131. Until that reconciles, or until the six excluded projects can be named, the dashboard cannot show a total. Publishing either number would mean publishing a figure we know to be contested — which is the one thing this site is built not to do.
This is a gate on the dashboard specifically. It does not affect the trackers, the calendar or the petition centre, none of which publish a project total.
What it will contain
Thirteen screens, as specified. Several are already open in a simpler public form — the tracker pages, the calendar and the petition centre — and are linked here.

The order it arrives in
The sequence is set; the dates are not. No release date is published because none has been agreed, and an invented timeline is a figure like any other.
- Release 1Core evidence, map, existing permit and tree data.
- Release 2Rainfall, affordability and multifamily trackers.
- Release 3Voting official baseline, activity, report, archive and projects.
- Release 4Process navigator, petitions and submissions.
