What information this project collects when you use it or join as a member, who else sees it, and how long it is kept.

The privacy notice has been drafted in full and is with TOKUMA Foundation's counsel for review. The draft is not shown here, because a privacy notice is a promise about what happens to your information, and an unapproved one is a promise nobody has made.
Five details inside the draft are still blank and have to come from TOKUMA Foundation: the registered mailing address, the privacy contact address, and three retention periods — how long payment and tax records, inquiries, and the record of messages sent to you are kept.
What is outstanding
These are the records that keep the document unpublished. Each one has to be supplied by TOKUMA Foundation or its counsel; none of them is wording this project may write on their behalf.
- The privacy notice is not published, so the route at /privacy has nothing approved to serve.
- The privacy notice carries no version identifier, so a member's acceptance cannot be recorded against a fixed version.
- No version of the privacy notice has been recorded as approved.
What this means for payment
No paid membership can be authorized while a required policy is unpublished. That check runs in the join flow before a payment is taken, not after it.
