CIVIC FORUM
Every benefit CIVIC FORUM membership includes, and the levels that carry it. Entitlements are assigned by benefit group rather than level by level, and the groups are cumulative, so each level carries everything the group below it carries as well as its own.

These items are outstanding, and each one is needed before a membership level can be offered or a payment authorized. Nothing here is your fault and nothing has been charged. The seven-day trial is unaffected, because it takes no payment.

Events, invitations, briefings, and priority admission depend on what is scheduled and on how many places a venue holds, so they are offered as capacity allows. No membership level reserves a place for a named member, and nothing on this page commits the organization to a particular date, session, or seat. A session that is rescheduled or cannot go ahead is not a lapse in your membership.
Public recognition is off by default at every level that offers it, and stays off until you record your consent. Your name, or your organization's name, appears in event or web materials only after you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing it governs future materials; anything already printed or already published stays as it was issued.
A story or profile opportunity is an opportunity to submit, and it is subject to moderation, content policy, scheduling, and editorial approval. Payment does not guarantee publication: a submission may be edited, held for a later issue, or declined. Member discussion and Q&A are moderated on the same terms, and moderation applies equally at every level.
Entitlements are assigned by benefit group, not level by level, so staff can change what a group includes without rewriting every membership level. The groups are cumulative: a patron level carries every standard benefit, and a leadership level carries every patron benefit in addition to its own. Where a level carries something outside its group, the table shows it on the row.
The seven-day trial carries the standard benefit group and takes no card, so it produces no payment and no receipt, and it grants nothing that depends on a settled payment. Paid benefits begin once a payment settles. The benefit list changes as programs change, and the list shown on this page is always the current one.
