  1. Document what you saw

    The address, the date, and a photo if it is safe to take one. Specifics are what an inspector can act on.

  2. File the report with Inspectional Services

    Reports go to the City directly; anonymous reports are accepted but cannot receive follow-up.

  3. Keep your reference number

    The City issues one on filing. It is the only way to check status later.
